Saturday Schedule

10:00am to 2:00pm- Open Gym

This time can be used for our weight room, private pad work with a coach or sparring/rolling with friends, it's up to you.

Sunday Schedule

10:00am to 2:00pm- Our Sunday Schedule is reserved for the Kali Class, feel free to stop on in and learn some Kali with Coach Ryan, you will be surprised on how fun & difficult it is!
